On November 13th at midnight KST, TXT released another music video off their latest album!
“We Lost the Summer” tackles the emotional toll of the restrictions imposed to curb the COVID-19 pandemic. The boys tell stories of missing other people, of struggling to adapt to a new routine, and of missing out on so many experiences due to quarantine.
The song was produced by Slow Rabbit and Pdogg while Charli XCX, Slow Rabbit, Pdogg, Charlotte Grace Victoria Lee, LIL 27 CLUB, Kyle Bladt Knudsen, and Colton Ward wrote its lyrics. The music video was directed by COSMO’s Nuri Jeong who has previously worked with idols such as Lee Hi, EXO‘s Baekhyun, and ZICO.
“We Lost the Summer” is the third track of TXT’s mini-sode1: Blue Hour which was released in October with the title track, “Blue Hour.”
