SM STATION has released one of their best songs yet with the MV “Sparks Fly.”
The song is a new release by folk rock singer Yoon Do Hyun. The song has a beautiful, modern-folk sound that will please fans of bands like Mumford & Sons and Coldplay. It has a distinctly new sound for SM Entertainment, showing the appeal of their digital project SM STATION which allows them more creativity and artistic freedom.
SM STATION has released over 40 songs, featuring many of their own artists doing collaborations with foreign singers and musicians. In this case,the 44-year-old Yoon Do Hyun is the lead singer of the rock band YB, a group that nearly disbanded after initial failure. However, the Korean rock band suddenly shot to fame in 2002 and went on to become an immensely popular band with over 2 million albums sold and 100 concerts performed. Yoon Do Hyun also went on to also become a popular host and MC.
