Former GIRLSGIRLS member turned soloist MiSO came back with her fourth single album Blessed on August 4th KST.
“Blessed” is a new fusion hip-hop song that breaks away from the existing framework in K-Pop, through many transitions between the strengths of genres hip-hop, house and EDM. The track was produced by production team Two Champ, who have worked on the music of popular artists such as Teen Top, OnlyOneOf, BIGFLO, Brave Girls, and Samuel.
Showing more sophisticated performance elements while preserving MiSO’s strong image, the lyrics are impressive and strong while confidently conveying the rapper’s aspirations.
The performance heavy MV showcases powerful choreography with MiSO’s troop of dancers which includes former members of boy groups Road Boyz and B.Heart, Kim Daewoon and Ahn Yongjin.
