Kang Daniel drops a pre-release single!
On July 27th at 6 p.m. KST, the singer teased his upcoming comeback with the reveal of a music video for “Waves” featuring Jamie and Simon Dominic.
The rap and hip-hop track references movements of water to describe a strong attraction towards someone and how they want the object of their affection to get closer. It was written by ae.patricia, BIYA, Simon Dominic, Jamie, and Kang Daniel while the composition was by Anthony Russo, Julien Maurice Moore, Kaelyn Behr, and MZMC.
“Waves” marks Kang Daniel’s second digital single and is included in the six titles that are featured in his latest album entitled Magenta. The idol himself wrote lyrics for five of the songs and is set to reveal collaborations with rapper YUMDDA and Dvwn when the album drops on August 3rd KST.
