On April 30th KST, HA:TFELT launched another music video off her first full solo album!
Entitled “Cigar,” the song tells the story of a love unreturned and taken for granted. The singer is shown through a projection, with a car and smoking a cigarette, as she gets lost in her thoughts.
“Cigar” is the sixth track off HA:TFELT’s first studio album, 1719. The title stands for the moments that were significant to her, symbolizing serious transitions in her life.
In a press interview for her comeback, she confesses that the collection is filled with references to the most painful times she has ever experienced. Her album comes with 14 songs as well as a very personal glimpse into the singer’s journey.
The singer was first introduced as Wonder Girls‘ Yeeun in 2007 under JYP Entertainment. After their disbandment in 2017, she signed with Amoeba Culture and re-emerged as HA:TFELT. She previously released music videos for her double title tracks as well as for her b-sides, “Solitude” and “Life Sucks.”
