SM Entertainment And Naver Launch Concert Streaming Service + Super M To Hold Service’s First Concert This Month

SM Entertainment and Naver have announced a new partnership to host online concerts starting this month!

The news was released on April 14th, with SM Entertainment revealing the two companies had signed an MOU (memorandum of understanding) to combine their talents in a new project. Using Naver’s online “Fanship” community and SM Entertainment’s artists and their global appeal, the two will begin to show various K-pop content through digital means and technology. The first project is an online streaming service for concerts and is called Beyond LIVE.

To kick off the online concerts, Super M will be holding the project’s first concert on April 26th at 3 p.m. KST on Naver’s popular V Live app. Instead of fans just watching reruns of concerts after the events, this will allow fans worldwide to engage through real-time comments and a sense of community through things like digital light sticks.

Check out the announcement poster below for Super M’s first online concert through Beyon LIVE. Will you be tuning in?
