CROSS GENE leader Shin Wonho gifted fans a new music video this Valentine’s Day!
Just a few months after the release of his solo single “Invasion,” the title track off the album Strange Disco, the popular singer and actor dropped a new music video for the accompanying B-side track “Kki (Disco Ver)” on February 14th.
Originally a CROSS GENE song from the group’s third mini-album GAME in 2016, this rearrangement of the song combines deep house and disco elements with Shin’s smooth vocals, creating a mellow and sexy flavor that differs from the original version.
The fun and creative music video features Shin playing a retro style video game where he himself becomes the main protagonist and meets an array of wacky and entertaining characters while trying to complete the game.
The MV brings to life long-running characters that have appeared on Shin’s weekly radio show on E★K radio in Japan, all played by the talented actor himself.
