BTS‘s V finally reveals his new OST!
On March 13th at 6 p.m. KST, the idol serenaded fans worldwide through a song for the hit Korean drama “Itaewon Class.”
“Sweet Night” is an indie-pop song that reflects on the feelings of comfort and longing. V participated in writing lyrics and composing for the song.
It was previously revealed that the OST was a token symbolizing the close friendship between the singer and “Itaewon Class” lead actor Park Seojoon. V himself had enjoyed reading the webtoon and was thrilled to have a good friend of his play Park Sae Roy, a character who had left a deep impression on him.
“Itaewon Class” follows the life of ex-convict Park Sae Roy who was expelled and then jailed for attacking a son of a rich family. It shows him as he gets his life back on track by building up his bar and restaurant into a formidable business.
