On March 9th KST, Play M Entertainment informed fans about an unfortunate injury that VICTON‘s Byungchan sustained during the group’s preparation for their comeback.
He was found to have “a serious case of a herniated disc” in his neck as well as a pinched nerve which caused him a lot of pain and discomfort.
On March 11th KST, the agency once again released a statement about Byungchan’s health. He had sought treatment for his condition but was intent on promoting with his group, agreeing to perform seated during their comeback showcase in order to avoid aggravating his injuries.
Play M Entertainment says that his participation in promotional activities for Continuous and “Howling” will be adjusted accordingly depending on his physical state.
He is currently resting and looking after his well-being with instructions to avoid doing choreography or excessive movements.
