WATCH: Dreamcatcher Is Brewing Dark Forces In “Scream” MV

Dreamcatcher is here with a new beginning!

The group revealed their first full album on February 18th at 6 p.m. KST along with the music video for their latest title track, “Scream.”

The music video features the girls as they channel their story of darkness and magic. Its lyrics evoke a prickly feeling that stems from its inspiration, the frantic witch hunts back in the early ages that took the lives of people who were baselessly accused of malicious practices.

Dystopia: The Tree of Language is their first full-length Korean album which boasts of a total of 14 songs. It also represents the start of a new timeline for the group after they wrapped up their “nightmare” line-up.

Dreamcatcher is composed of five members who previously debuted in 2014 as MINX. In 2017, they relaunched as a new team under Dreamcatcher Entertainment with the addition of Handong and Gahyeon.

Handong is currently in hiatus from group promotions due to conflicts with her schedules in China after joining “Idol Producer.”
