WATCH: Holland Focuses On Regret And Reflection In “Loved You Better” MV

Holland is back with new music!

On December 11th KST, the soloist returned with a new digital single called “Loved You Better.” The track is his fourth digital release and comes in three versions: the original, another featuring Isacc Hong, and an instrumental.

The soulful R&B song reflects on regrets about the past, wishing they had a little more self-love back then, and a resolution to treat themself more kindly. Its music video tackles the isolation and pain suffered by an outcast as well as the desire to be who you really are without the fear of judgment.

Holland debuted with “Neverland” in January 2018 and released music videos for “I’m Not Afraid” and “I’m So Afraid” in July of the same year. He returned this march with his first mini-album entitled Holland and its title track, “Nar_C.”

He has been widely lauded for his courage to openly champion the LGBT community in Korea and is one of the first openly gay the Korean entertainment scene.
