A new K-pop singer has made their debut!
On June 27th KST, the Russian singer Lana made her official debut with “Take The Wheel.” The medium-tempo dance song has a fun 80’s vibe and catchy chorus that is sure to please fans. The lyrics of the song encourage the listener to let their body lead them and take control, a delicate double entendre for both dancing the night away and letting passion take over.
Meanwhile, the MV features Lana and her crew of backup dancers showing off their choreography and performance. The video itself is filled with bright colors and fun sets that add to the fun concept of the video.
“Take The Wheel” is the lead track off the singer’s debut single album of the same name.
Lana, whose real name is Svetlana Eugina, first gained attention on Korean variety shows like “Abnormal Summit” is signed to HiCC Entertainment. She has been training to become a K-pop idol for two years.
