2AM‘s Lee Changmin is back with a new song!
On May 31st, Changmin dropped the music video for “Easy to Say,” an upbeat song that differs from his previous ballad career. With a bright sound, he sings of wanting to succeed and live well but finding difficulties along the road. In addition, other people try to give him unwarranted advice and interfere, annoying him and making him realize that it’s easy to say how to succeed but it’s harder to do so in real life.
The video shows Changmin in a karaoke-style MV, with lyrics going along at the bottom of the screen and a vague retro feel found in most videos in karaoke rooms in Korea. Throughout singing, he also gives many funny expressions and he shows his annoyance at life and those trying to tell him what to do.
Before his official solo career, he was a singer both in the idol group 2AM and the duo HOMME. This is his first single after releasing his solo debut mini-album in April 2018.
