ASTRO is back with their newest MV for “Confession.”
November is already packed with comebacks, but ASTRO has their own song to share as well. The members are shown as figments of a young girl’s imagination— characters which she draws in various settings. The group is faced with adventures that will make you feel like you’re on the ride with them, but the real emotional rollercoaster they face is demonstrated in the video, with ASTRO members wanting to confess their real feelings to the girl but unable to do so.
Fans are a little distraught as some members are seen extremely affected by their inability to confess to the girl they like, especially member Eunwoo who cries at the end. Since the girl thinks the members only exist on paper, she doesn’t know how real their feelings have truly become. The cartoon characters who fall for their creator seems based on the recent success of the Kdrama “W.”
The song itself is upbeat and catchy, featuring the bright, fun sound for which ASTRO has become known.
The new song and title track is off ASTRO’s newest mini-album Autumn Story.
