On March 17th KST, the 13th Asian Film Awards announced its winners in Hong Kong’s TVB City!
The Asian Film Awards are presented annually by the Asian Film Awards Academy to recognize the excellence of artists and professionals in Asian cinema.
Park Seo Joon brought home the AFA Rising Star Award and Kim Jaejoong won the AFA Next Generation Award.
Other winners include director Lee Chang Dong, who was given the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Best Director Award for his latest film, Burning.
Other Korean stars who were nominated include Yoo Ah In (Burning), Han Ji Min (Miss Baek), Kwon Hae Hyo (Hotel by the River), Jin Seo Yun (Believer) and Jeon Jong Seo (Burning).
