The girls of WJSN are back!
On January 8th at 6 p.m. KST, the girl group dropped a new mini-album, entitled,= WJ STAY?, and released the music video for its title track, “La La Love.”
WJ STAY? is WJSN’s sixth album and features seven new songs, including “You Got,” “Star,””Memories,” “Cantabile,” “12 O’clock,” and “Ujung.”
All the tracks credit the groups’s rapper Exy as a co-writer while Dawon was labeled as composer and writer for “Ujung,” a song dedicated to the fans.
The title track, “La La Love,” is a retro pop dance piece created by Full8loom, who was also behind the group’s last release “Save Me, Save You,” that describes all the confusing emotions that comes with love and the importance of cherishing every moment.
In their music video, WJSN presents themselves as characters in a magical carnival, inviting people to stay and have fun in their fantasy world.
The group debuted in 2016 and gained popularity with their girly image and dreamy concepts. WJSN is currently promoting as a 10-member group with the absence of three Chinese members who are pursuing activities in China.
