On November 7th, JYP Entertainment released a statement confirming the departure of actor Choi Woo Shik from their agency. They stated that the actor’s exclusive contract has expired, and as such, he made the decision not to renew.
It has been six years since Choi Woo Shik joined the company in October 2012. During his stay with the company, he has taken on projects which gained him international recognition, particularly for his roles in ”Okja” and ”Train to Busan.” He also had his first leading role in the drama ”Fool’s Love” and was part of the hit rom-com drama ”Fight My Way.” He was also cast in the monster film “Monstrum.”
