Asian-American group Far East Movement has just released a new hit song you should not overlook!
On October 26th, Far East Movement released their new digital single “Bamboo” featuring Chinese-pop singer Jason Zhang and Kina Grannis who recently sang for the soundtrack of Crazy Rich Asians!
The new song expels a chill R&B style that you can’t help but start vibe to! With a melodic backtrack and addictive vocals, “Bamboo” is a song you CANNOT skip in your playlist. Far East Movement has shown more and more ability of connecting the musicality between Eastern and Western cultures, and this new release is a prime example of that.
As a result of the group’s new signing deal with China’s leading Internet company NetEase, Far East Movement will make a new release once a month in preparation for their new album this year where each song will feature a new Chinese artist! The first collaboration for this is “Bamboo.”
If you haven’t gotten then chance to hear it yet, you stream it online here or you can check it out below!
Ceilidhmh is a dancing machine, but when she isn’t dancing to groups like VIXX, Boyfriend, BTS, EXO, or BAP (and basically every other group that exists) she is either watching a Korean drama, cosplaying, filming, studying for her college classes, and or creating fan art! Basically K-pop has taken over her life for many years… Although she loves boy groups the most, she finds herself falling for every K-pop group she comes in contact with and falls deeper and deeper every day.
