Dua Lipa and BLACKPINK have released their highly anticipated collaboration track, “Kiss and Make Up.”
On October 18th, the official audio for the song was released on Dua Lipa’s YouTube channel. Instead of a simple featuring on the track, the international superstar sings the first verse and chorus before giving the next verse and chorus entirely over to the BLACKPINK members who sing in Korean. For the bridge and last chorus, all of the famous artists join together in English for a true collaborative effort.
The fun song has a rhythmic beat that will stick in your head after just one listen. Judging by the comments on YouTube, fans are already thrilled with the new song. Whether they’re expressing their surprise at how much BLACKPINK sang in the track or exclaiming over Dua Lipa’s trademark, husky vocals, it seems all listeners have quickly become fans of the song.
“Kiss and Make Up” is a track off Dua Lipa’s upcoming album, Complete Edition.
