At 10PM KST on October 25th, Jennie and Lisa of BLACKPINK released their photo teasers for “Playing with Fire.”
The comeback is revealed to be sexier and more mature, with the title track being about comparing a woman’s love to playing with fire. In other words, the hurt that can often be brought about by love is like playing with dangerous fire.
The genre is said to be different from that of “Whistle,” with a music video directed by Seo Hyun Seung, who also filmed “Boombayah.” The choreography will be created by four foreign choreographers, famous for their dance routines, adding to the hype of the girls’ comeback.
