On February 12th at 6 p.m. KST, HIGHLIGHT‘s main vocalist Yang Yoseob released the music video for his new song, ”Star”!
Yoseob’s new song ”Star” was revealed as his pre-release track. He will be releasing his second mini-album on February 19th. The new song was composed by Yoseob himself and was revealed to fans during HIGHLIGHT’s concert.
Yoseob show off emotional vocals as he sings the sweet and warm ballad. The lyrics express his gratitude towards his fans and the people around him who support and give love to him and to HIGHLIGHT. In the song, he describes the star as his guiding star and inspiration amidst the ups and downs he experiences in life. Surely, anyone can relate to this soft ballad, whether it makes you think about a friend or someone else that is special to you.
