“Along With The Gods: The Two Worlds” To Screen At Select North American Theaters

Attention, all K-movie addicts, Well Go Entertainment is bringing one of South Korea’s most anticipated films of 2017 to a theater near you!

Based on the immensely popular webtoon series of the same name, “Along With The Gods: The Two Worlds” is an action-packed fantasy epic with a gripping plot and enough stunning CGI that it should easily be at the top of your Korean movie must-watch list.

Cha Tae-hyun (“My Sassy Girl”) stars as firefighter Ja-hong, an ordinary man who dies unexpectedly in the line of duty and is taken immediately to the afterlife by the main grim reaper and two accompanying guardians. In order to be eligible for reincarnation and prove that he has lived a noble life, he is asked to accomplish seven difficult trials within 49 days, a challenge that is overseen by King Yeomra, the god of death. The star-studded cast also includes Ha Jung-woo (“The Handmaiden”), Lee Jung-jae (“Assassination”), Ma Dong-seok (“Train To Busan”), and EXO’s Do Kyung-soo (“Room No.7”).

The film will be screening in a number of theaters across the US and Canada starting December 22nd. Check out the official trailer for “Along With The Gods: The Two Worlds” and full theater list by visiting the Ondemandkorea website here!
