Another Oh Hae Young Star Seo Hyun Jin is back on TV screen alongside Yang Se Jong (Duel) in new SBS drama Temperature of Love.
Directed by Nam Gun and written by Ha Myung Hee (Doctors), the drama tells the story of Lee Hyun Soo (Seo Hyun Jin), an aspiring drama-writer who quits her job at a large company to pursue her ambition. She uses a username “ Jane” when she chats online. Yang Se Jong plays On Jung Sun, a chef younger than Lee Hyun Soo who happens to be Hyun Soo’s online chatmate with the username “Good Soup.” They met in person and the relationship steadily develops.
Other casts include Kim Jae Wook (Voice), who will be playing a cold but truly passionate businessman Park Jung Woo; and Jo Bo Ah (Surplus Princess) as Ji Hong Ah, Lee Hyun Soo’s close friend and assistant writer. The two will play a crucial role in meddling in the main leads’ love affair.
The drama is based on the novel “Chakhan Seupeuneun Jeonhwareul Bakji Anneunda” (Nice Soup Does Not Answer The Phone) written by Ha Myung Hee and published in December 2013.
This will be a reunion project for So Hyun Jin and Kang Se Jong, who previously worked together in drama Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim.
Temperature of Love will air its first episode on September 18 at 22:00 KST.
