Sad news for fans of Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung— the popular couple has broken up!
On August 18th, reports broke that the two had ended their relationship. YG Entertainment, the label for both models and actors, said they would check with the pair to confirm the news. Shortly thereafter, the label stated that the couple had in fact broken up.
The two popular actors were close friends for a long time, but after co-starring in the hit series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo,” their amazing chemistry onscreen soon followed through to real life as well. Their dating news was announced earlier this year, but some four months later, the news of their breakup has left fans of the popular drama truly sad.
Although reports stated that the two have very busy schedules and have naturally drifted apart, YG Entertainment said they would not be commenting on the reason for their split since it was a personal matter.
We wish Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung the best of luck as they go their separate paths.
