BTS has won a 2017 Teen Choice Award!
The Teen Choice Awards were held at the Galen Center in L.A. on August 13th. Multiple Kpop groups were nominated for the category, including EXO, Seventeen, and Monsta X. The nominees were announced today at noon and voting was open for six hours. The results were tallied and announced during the show.
This marks the second time a Kpop group has won a Teen Choice Award. In 2015, Super Junior won Choice International Artist. Their fandom, known as ELF, also won best fandom the same year. Now, two years later, Kpop has once more taken home a prize from the American awards show, making the community of fans proud.
