Rap Monster Sustains Minor Injury And Cannot Dance At Upcoming Concerts

BTS’s Rap Monster has sadly sustained a minor injury due to a small incident!

BTS is currently as busy as ever on the last half of the Japan portion of their current world tour,”2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour.”

On June 30th, Big Hit Entertainment took to Twitter with a sudden message regarding Rap Monster. While resting in Sapporo, Rap Monster accidentally hit his foot on a piece of furniture, leading to an injury to his toe. Due to this, he will avoid excessive movement so it can heal quickly. As a result, he will not be able to participate in choreography for the next two concerts.

“We write to inform you that BTS member Rap Monster will not be able to participate in the choreography at the Sapporo concerts on their Japan tour.

On June 29, Rap Monster was resting at their lodgings in the Sapporo area when he hit his foot on the corner of a piece of furniture in his room, and injured the little toe on his right foot. He immediately received emergency treatment at a local hospital, but he was told by the physician that he should refrain from activity that would cause pain or strain because his toenail is lifted.

He has no injuries other than the one on his toe, and his health is good overall. However, it has been decided that he will not be participating in the choreography at the concerts in order to follow the advice of the physician, who said it would be best for him to not dance in order to allow the injury to heal. Therefore, the six members (without Rap Monster) will be performing the choreography as usual at the concerts on July 1 and 2 in Sapporo, and Rap Monster will be on stage with them too and do his best to perform.

We sincerely apologize for worrying all the fans who have been waiting for BTS’s Sapporo concerts, and we’ll due our best to ensure that the BTS members can wrap up their Wings Tour without any issues.

“Thank you.”
