3rd Wave Music continues to tease for their upcoming EP, I STAND.
On July 8th, the K-pop and CCM group, made up of Brian Joo of Fly To The Sky and John Lee, released the tracklist and cover art, as well as a moving poster, for their upcoming release. The special edition EP includes all the different versions of their previously-released and much-loved track of the same name, “I Stand.”
In addition to the normal version, the EP will include a rock version featuring Super Junior‘s Choi Siwon, a duet version with Brian Joo and Choi Siwon, an instrumental version, and a new version of the song on the piano featuring Yegik Kim.
The purpose of the special edition album is to “ignite hope and unite hearts” during COVID-19, racial tensions, and the financial recession that has impacted so many lives around the world. It is a reminder to never lose hope because we can all stand and overcome this together.
In addition to the EP, a music video will also be released for the regular version of “I Stand” with Brian Joo and John Lee. This will mark 3rd Wave Music’s first MV to ever be released.
Both the EP and video will be out on July 6th! Afterwards, the group will prepare for more music to be released this fall on their upcoming “YOU MATTER” project.
